The Process

• Permitting: We handle all necessary permits in accordance with your county’s regulations to ensure a smooth start.
• Excavation: Construction begins with excavation—preparing the site for your future Stevenson Pool.
• Steel Reinforcement: Steel is installed to reinforce and support the pool shell, ensuring structural integrity.
• Plumbing Installation: Our expert plumbing team installs a high-performance system designed for long-term reliability.
• County Inspection: Local building and electrical inspectors review and approve the work to ensure compliance and safety.
• Pool Shell Construction: The pool shell is formed, combining steel, plumbing, and concrete into the foundation of your pool.
• Tile & Coping Installation: Once cured, your selected waterline tile and coping are installed to enhance aesthetics and durability.
• Gas & Electrical Setup: Gas lines (if applicable) and electrical systems are installed to power heating, lighting, and equipment.
• Decking: Decking is added around the pool’s perimeter. If you choose to build your own deck or hire a contractor, we provide helpful tips to ensure quality results.
• Plastering & Fill: The pool is plastered and filled with water. A Stevenson Pools representative will start up your system and conduct a personalized “pool school” to walk you through operations.
